Aquaculture Fish Automatic Tail Count System MagicCounter
You can know the number of fish in the aquaculture tank! Automatically counts the number of fish that moved between tanks during partitioning.
You can know the number of fish that moved between cages during the separation process. In aquaculture, to maintain the appropriate density of farmed fish within the cages, a process called "separation" is carried out as the fish grow. To keep the density within the cages at a suitable level for growth, it is essential to ensure that the planned number of individuals is accurately separated. Since separation is a very large-scale task, completing it accurately in one go helps reduce the burden on aquaculture. However, there are limitations to visually grasping the number of farmed fish being moved, which can lead to the inability to accurately separate the planned number of individuals and result in the need to redo the task. This has been one of the significant challenges in aquaculture. The solution to this problem is MagicCounter, developed by our company. It counts the number of fish moving between cages with high precision and in real-time during the separation process, supporting accurate separation work. During the separation of farmed fish, ultrasonic transmitters and receivers are installed in a fish passage (a frame created by connecting the nets of the cages) to count the number of fish passing through underwater, while also allowing real-time verification on the surface. The measurement error is maintained at an average of about 10% or less, ensuring sufficient accuracy for conducting the separation. (Patent pending)
